Terms of Use and Member License

1. Our programs are coaching and education

The VOICE Experience, Encore and our coaching are for personal development. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice. If you need that kind of support, please seek a licensed professional. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

2. Who owns the materials

All program materials, including the VOICE Model, workbook, Voice Practice Deck, cards, tools, recordings and website content, are owned by Unbound Ecosystem and protected by copyright. © [year] Unbound Ecosystem. All rights reserved.

3. Your member license

When you join a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your materials for your own growth. You may:

• Use and revisit your materials as often as you like
• Print copies for your own personal use

You may not:

• Share, forward, post or sell the materials, or your login, to anyone else
• Teach, facilitate or adapt the VOICE Experience or its tools for others (individuals, groups or organizations) without a written license from Unbound Ecosystem
• Record sessions or share anything another participant says

4. Your access

Graduates of the VOICE Experience keep access to their VOICE Library for as long as the hub operates. If we ever close the hub, we'll provide each graduate with a downloadable copy of her library. Access to Encore and Encore Platinum continues while your membership is active.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Fees, payment plans, cancellations and refunds follow the policy for each offer, shown at purchase and in your agreement. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel.

6. Your conduct

Please honor the touchstones of every circle, in sessions, in the hub and in member chats. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the safety of others, after a private conversation first.

7. Limitation of liability

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the extent allowed by law, Unbound Ecosystem is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the programs or website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
